"They are planted in the house of the Lord; they flourish in the courts of our God."
Psalm 92:13
Trinity was born in faith. At every turn, in every season we have seen His provision. You may
remember us meeting in other churches, the YMCA, the Sixth Grade Center, the Patriot, Barnes;
you may remember how we had to borrow equipment, drive trucks and trailers—at every season the
Lord has sustained us, strengthened us, and called us forward in faith. Now, he is inviting us to take the next step together.

Now, he is inviting us to take the next step together.

The Goal is $8.9 Million Over Three Years

Flourish is not first about a building project. It is a declaration that the gospel is the answer to our communities’ and families’ deepest problems. It is an invitation for others to join you to rest in Jesus’ work alongside you. It is a call to share what we love at Trinity.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s included in Phase 2 vs Phase 3?
Phase 2 includes approximately 70,000 square feet of discipleship space for TrinityKids, youth and adults, staff offices, four additional restrooms, a coffee bar, a security desk, fellowship space, and a third-floor shell for future expansion. Phase 3 (not yet designed) will be the permanent sanctuary, possibly with an area below it that could double as a tornado shelter.
How is Trinity gearing up to formulate and steward our campus for many years to come?
The Session has prayed for and received a maintenance endowment of $1MM to help with larger costs of repairs on our campus. That fund grows with interest each year. There are guardrails on how we access those funds so future generations at Trinity can maintain a welcoming, hospitable environment on campus as the focus remains on equipping the saints and the ministry of Word and Sacrament.
What are non-obvious ways we should be praying?
Pray for these things: 1) 100% participation at Trinity in the Flourish Campaign; 2) the final touches on the project by the design teams; 3) strong shepherding structures to equip the elders to shepherd the congregation well; 4) more community groups to raise up future leaders; 5) the culture of Trinity’s gospel hospitality to grow deeper we welcome new members.
What is the goal/future congregation size of Trinity?
We don’t have a “number” for a goal. Our goal is to shepherd people well as we love and serve Tulsa Metro. The building is designed to meet Trinity’s needs in ten years. Based on current growth estimates that could be as many as 900-1000. We desire to equip community groups to become core groups for new church plants and raise up men to be teaching and ruling elders in the PCA.
Will we have stained glass? Will the interior look the same as Phase 1?
The current design does not have stained glass incorporated into the current plans but we believe it would be a beautiful addition in the future. While we plan to carry the narthex aesthetic into the common areas of Phase 2, we expect the remainder of the building (classrooms, etc.) to have a lower level of finish.
What committees are involved in the process and are there staffing needs?
There are a total of 11 committees each made up of 5-16 people (chairman/chairwomen). There are also additional committees for the Flourish Campaign. Administration & Integrated Project Team (David Dorrough), Adult Education (Mark Kuiper), Communications (Flourish Campaign Team), Design Team (Keil Cadieaux), Facilities, Operations & Sustainability (Erik Woller), Finance & Stewardship (James Keilbarth), Staff Offices & Work Environments (Rebecca Zion), Technology Integration (James Zion), TrinityKids Design (Anna Keltner), Youth Design (Nathan Duke). As for staffing? Yes, we plan to hire a facilities director to oversee the campus.
Do the pastors and elders foresee a care ministry to members and the public that includes biblically based trauma care, divorce care, addiction counselors that include biblical and practical counseling?
Yes, we would love to see that and could imagine a thriving ministry to that end.
